At home they make a dish with lung sometimes and everyone enjoys it. Im just 7 weeks and a bit cautious about what i put in my body right now. Wanted to know if its okay in early pregnancy.
I was careful with my diet so I asked my dietician about organ meats. She said fully cooked and occasional was okay for me. Please cook it thoroughly, undercooked meat is the real worry.
Organ meats should be very well cooked, never pink. Even then I'd keep it occasional and ask your doctor if you have any condition. Hygiene and cooking matter the most here.
Beta, organ meats we eat sometimes but only well cooked and in small amount. In early days I kept my food simple and light. If your stomach is sensitive then better go slow.
