Can lycopene may be taken while planning of conceive?

We are trying to conceive since a couple of months and someone suggested lycopene supplements. I dont know if its fine to take while planning or only after. Wanted to hear from anyone who took it during ttc.

We are also planning and there's so much advice floating around it's confusing. I decided to just ask our doctor what supplements are needed. Felt safer doing it that way.

I never took any supplement while planning without my doctor's okay. Please ask your gynac before starting lycopene. They'll tell you if you actually need it.

Some supplements are suggested when trying, but it really depends on your individual reports. Don't start anything based on internet reading. A quick consult with your doctor will clear this up.
