First pregnancy here and we both are a bit nervous about this. My MIL keeps saying avoid everything but i feel thats too much. Just wanted to hear from others, is it actually okay?
Haan its allowed normally, dont feel shy about it. Just listen to your body and check with doc if u ever spot or cramp. Nothing to overthink otherwise.
For me the doctor had asked to avoid it because my case was a bit delicate. So it really depends on the person. Please confirm with your gynac before assuming, every pregnancy is different.
In a normal healthy pregnancy its usually fine yaar. But if u have spotting, placenta issues or a high risk pregnancy, then your gynac may advise to avoid it. So best to ask your own doctor since they know your case.
Totally okay in most pregnancies, the baby is well protected. Just be comfortable and stop if anything feels off like pain or bleeding. If your pregnancy is complicated, clear it with the doc first.
