My husband loves marmite and i started having a bit too but now im 2nd trimester and not sure if its safe. Just want to be careful with everything. Anyone know if its okay to have?
Marmite is not something we usually eat much here, no? So I'd be very careful. For any food that's not common or if you're unsure, it's always safest to ask your gynac. They know best what's okay during pregnancy, rather than taking chances.
Oh, Marmite? I've seen it around but never tried it. I'm actually also pretty careful about what I eat now, so I'd definitely ask my gynac before trying something new. Does anyone know if it has a lot of sodium or anything specific that might be an issue?
Honestly, I've never heard of Marmite before, haan. In our family, my saas ji always says to stick to simple ghar ka khana during pregnancy. For anything new or unusual like this, it's always best to ask the doctor before trying it, just to be on the safe side, beta.
During pregnancy and even while breastfeeding, I was always super cautious about what I ate. I'm not familiar with Marmite, but it's always the safest bet to run any food item you're unsure about past your doctor or a dietician. They can tell you if it's suitable and in what quantities, to avoid any issues.
