Can masturbation cause uterus contraction during pregnancy?
This is a bit awkward to ask but i noticed some tightening feeling after and now im worried if its harmful in any way. Im in my first trimester. Just want to understand if this is normal, pls dont judge.
My gynac said mild tightening or a brief contraction can happen but in a normal low risk pregnancy it is usually harmless. The concern is more if you have a high risk pregnancy or have been told to avoid it. Best to confirm your own situation with your doctor.
I will just share my experience, I sometimes felt a little tightening but my doctor had said my pregnancy was normal so it was okay. I never panicked but did mention it at my checkup. Your case may be different so do ask yours.
