Can masturbation during pregnancy cause brownish discharge?
This is a bit embarrassing to ask but i noticed some brownish discharge after and now im worried i did something wrong. im in my second trimester. is the two connected or just coincidence? planning to ask my doc but wanted to know if others experienced this.
I wouldnt ignore any new discharge during pregnancy, even brownish. It may be minor, but only your gynac can confirm. Please give her a call rather than guessing online.
A little light brown discharge after can happen sometimes as the cervix is sensitive in pregnancy, often nothing serious. But it is best not to assume, especially if it keeps coming. A quick word with your gynac will set your mind at ease.
Light spotting can occur from increased sensitivity down there during pregnancy. Usually harmless, but brownish discharge that continues or comes with cramps should be checked. I would just mention it to my doctor to be safe.
