I have been taking this for my asthma since before pregnancy and now im 9 weeks. Suddenly got worried whether i should continue it or stop. Want to ask my gynac next visit but till then thought i'll check here, anyone with asthma who took it through pregnancy?
Asthma and allergy meds need your doctor to decide, please dont start or stop on your own. I had a condition that needed regular meds and my gynac coordinated carefully. Keep your follow ups regular.
I really cant advise on a specific medicine, that is the doctors call. I will only say dont self decide. Show your prescription to your gynac and let them guide.
For breathing or allergy medicines especially, please check with both your gynac and the doctor who prescribed it. Stopping suddenly can also be a problem. Let them balance it for you safely.
