My symptoms are way stronger this time compared to my first, nausea is crazy and im only 6 weeks. Twins run in my husbands family so my mind keeps going there haha. Did anyone with twins have extra strong symptoms early on?
My gynac said twins often mean higher hCG so more nausea and quicker showing, but its not reliable as everyones body reacts differently. She said the early ultrasound and hCG levels together give the real picture. So scan is the answer.
Twin mom here, and yes my symptoms were intense, nausea was brutal and i showed early. But honestly thats not a guarantee, plenty of single pregnancies are rough too. The only real way i knew was the scan, when they said two heartbeats i nearly fell off the table.

Could be, could just be a tough single pregnancy yaar. Dont drive yourself crazy guessing, your dating scan will tell you clearly. Until then just rest as much as you can.
Strong symptoms can happen with twins because of higher hormones, but you cant confirm twins from symptoms alone. My second single pregnancy had worse nausea than my first. The ultrasound is the only thing that tells for sure.
