Can myotonic dystrophy in fetus causes polyhydramnios in pregnancy?
My recent scan showed extra fluid and the doctor mentioned a few things to rule out, this condition was one of them. Trying to read up before my next appointment so i understand what shes saying. Has anyone been through something similar?
I had excess fluid in my pregnancy and it needed close monitoring, so I really wouldnt take this lightly. The cause needs proper scans and sometimes genetic counselling. Please see a specialist rather than searching online, it gave me so much unnecessary fear.
