Past few nights i wake up totally drenched in sweat even with the fan on, never happened before. My period is due in a week. Could this be an early sign or am i overthinking?
It can be, hormonal changes do cause night sweats for some women early on. But it's not a sure sign by itself yaar. Best is take a test if your period is late.

Yes actually I felt unusually hot and sweaty at night in my early weeks, it was the hormones. It surprised me too. But it can also be other things, so a test is the real confirmation.
