My husband is a doctor and he always says withdrawal is not reliable because pre-ejaculate fluid can carry sperm. Chance is lower but not zero. Better to use a proper method if u dont want to conceive.

Honestly there is no fully safe way except proper contraception. Pre-cum can have sperm so pregnancy is possible. Just ask ur gynac which method suits u best, they explain it clearly.
