I used to do light workouts and walks before but now im about 7 weeks and scared even normal movement might harm the baby. Dont want to just sit all day either. Did you exercise in the early weeks?
Please ask ur gynac first, in my case she told me to rest the first trimester because of low lying placenta. Every pregnancy is different yaar. What worked for someone else may not suit you.
Honestly even a 20 min walk after dinner counts, I didnt have time for fancy routines. Kept it light in the early weeks. Doc said consistency matters more than intensity.
I kept doing walks and gentle prenatal yoga after my doc gave the green signal. She said dont start anything new and intense, and avoid jumping or heavy lifting. Listen to ur body and stop if anything feels off.
