I threw up like crazy in early pregnancy, but vomiting can have many causes too. Dont go only by that. Take a test and confirm properly, then you will know for sure.
Vomiting alone is not enough, it can be from acidity, infection or food too. A missed period plus a test confirms pregnancy, not vomiting by itself. Do a home test and then see your gynac.
