Sorry if this is a silly question but i genuinely dont know and cant ask anyone at ghar. Me and husband are trying since 2 months. Just wanted to understand how it actually works. Pls dont judge.

Technically, an orgasm is just uterine muscle contraction. It does not cause pregnancy unless sperm is already present.

No dear, orgasm itself cannot cause pregnancy, you need semen for that. But sex during pregnancy is generally safe if your doc has cleared you.

Agreeing with others here, orgasm alone doesn't cause pregnancy. Sperm is definitely needed.
