I have a cyst that was found in my early scan and today i saw some light bleeding. Im quite tense and im going to see my doctor tomorrow first thing. Did anyones cyst cause bleeding like this?
I've had cysts with my PCOS and I know the worry. They can sometimes cause issues, but I wouldnt assume the bleeding is just from the cyst. Honestly any bleeding now deserves a same-day call to your doctor.
It sometimes can, but any bleeding in pregnancy needs to be checked, please dont wait on this. Call your gynac soon and get a scan. Bleeding can have several causes and only they can find out which one it is for you.
My doctor told me cysts can occasionally cause spotting, but bleeding always needs evaluation since it could be other things too. She'd do an ultrasound to be sure. Please get it looked at rather than guessing here.
Try to stay calm, but do treat any bleeding as a reason to ring your doctor right away. A cyst can be a cause, yet they'll want to check properly. You'll feel much better once they've examined you.
