I did a lot of cleaning and lifting around the house yesterday and today i noticed slight spotting. Now im really worried i overdid it. Planning to call my doctor but wanted to hear if this happened to anyone.
Please dont overexert and if you ever see bleeding, call your doctor immediately, no waiting. In my case I had to be careful with activity. Rest is important and any bleeding needs medical attention right away.
Better not to push yourself too hard, beta. And if there is any bleeding, dont sit on it, ring your doctor. Rest more and let others help with heavy work.
My doctor advised me to avoid heavy lifting and overexertion, and she said any bleeding must be reported at once. She didnt want me guessing the cause myself. So take it easy and inform your gynac if you bleed.
