Can ovulation test be used for pregnancy?

Mere paas 2-3 ovulation strips bachi hui hain at home and period is 4 days late. Was just wondering can I use these instead of buying a separate pregnancy kit, ya it wont work like that? Pls share if anyone has tried this.
