My hips have been aching on and off for the last few days, mostly one side. Period is slightly delayed too so my mind is going everywhere. Is hip pain actually an early thing or am i overthinking?
Actually yaar hip pain itni common hai ki sirf isse pata nahi chalta. Hormones loosen everything so achy ho sakta hai. Better just test karo if period late hai.
Hip n lower back ache can happen early because of hormones loosening the joints, but its not a reliable pregnancy sign by itself. Lots of things cause hip pain. If period is missed, take a test, dont go by hip pain alone.
I did get dull hip n back pain quite early actually. Did anyone else feel it more on one side? Mine was the right hip n it confused me, but later it turned out i was pregnant. Still, a test is the real answer.
Mild achy hip can be hormonal. But if its sharp, one sided n with any bleeding, dont wait, see ur gynac. I had to get checked once for similar n im glad i did. Better to be safe than guess.
