Better to wait and do it after the baby is born unless its really urgent, the after birth test is simpler and totally safe. If it cant wait, only go through a proper lab via a doctor. Dont trust random online kits for something this important.
It is possible technically, but i would strongly suggest talking to a doctor rather than going by online labs. There can be legal and consent angles too. Your gynac can point you to a proper certified centre if you genuinely need it.

From what i know yes, there is a non invasive prenatal paternity test done with the mothers blood sample, but its specialised and not available everywhere in India. Best to ask a good diagnostic lab or your gynac about whether and where its done safely.
