My doctor did say paracetamol is generally considered the safer option compared to other painkillers in pregnancy, but she insisted on her okay and a proper dose first. So its allowed but not self prescribe. Always ask before taking.
Quick tip, before popping any pcm just text or call your gynac, they reply fast for such things. They mostly okay it for fever or pain at a safe dose. Easy and keeps u safe.
I never took anything without a quick call to my gynac, even simple paracetamol. They usually permit it but want to know the reason and amount. Better one phone call than guessing, na.
Paracetamol is usually the one most docs allow in pregnancy for fever or pain, but only at the dose they tell u and not on your own daily. I always messaged my gynac before taking even that. Pls confirm with yours.
