Yes you absolutely can, I have PCOS and conceived. It just sometimes takes a little patience and the right help from your doctor. Dont lose hope, but do work with a good gynac for tracking ovulation.
My doctor explained PCOS mainly affects ovulation timing, so they help with that. Managing weight, diet and sometimes medication makes a big difference. With proper guidance the chances improve a lot.
Many women with PCOS conceive, some naturally and some with a little medical support like I needed. Whatever path it takes, it does not mean it wont happen. Be gentle with yourself through it.
