Can pcos patient conceive with ayurvedic medicine?
Diagnosed with pcos 2 yrs back and trying to conceive since a while now. Someone suggested ayurvedic route instead of allopathy. has it actually worked for anyone here? thoda hopeful but also confused what to do.
Please be very careful with alternative medicines when trying to conceive with PCOS. I had severe complications and only a qualified fertility specialist or gynecologist was able to help me with the right treatment. I strongly recommend trusting an expert doctor first.
Ayurveda might help regulate your periods, but honestly, managing diet and cravings is the real task with PCOS! I love my food, so I just focused on eating healthy, low-glycemic foods and took help from my doctor. Definitely check with your gynac before starting any Ayurvedic herbs.
Some people do find Ayurveda helpful for balancing hormones in PCOS, but honestly, lifestyle changes make the biggest difference. I managed my PCOS through regular walking and prenatal yoga, but only after my doctor allowed it. Always consult your gynecologist before trying any new treatment.
I also had PCOS and was looking into Ayurvedic remedies, but my gynecologist's proper guidance and lifestyle changes were what actually helped me conceive. Now I am happily breastfeeding my little one. Everyone's body is different, so what worked for someone else might not work for you.
For PCOS, simple home tips like drinking warm water with cinnamon or apple cider vinegar can help improve insulin resistance naturally. But when it comes to proper Ayurvedic medicines for conceiving, please ask your doctor first to make sure they are safe.
