Can period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms be same?
Im 5 days before my period date and feeling that same heaviness and mild cramps i get every month. But this time we were trying so my mind is going everywhere. How do u even tell the difference yaar?
Oh I drove myself crazy over this, the early symptoms feel almost identical. Cramps, mood swings, tender breasts, all same. The only thing that gave me peace was actually taking a test once my period was a few days late. Overthinking it never helped me.
Honestly yes, it confused me so much. I felt the same crampy, bloated, sore breast feeling I get before periods and I was sure my period was coming. Turned out I was pregnant. I couldnt tell the difference at all till I tested.
Same doubt I had! I kept feeling pms type cramps and thought period is coming, but it never did and the test was positive. So weird how alike they feel na.
Yes very much, thats why so many women dont realise early. The body acts similar at first. Dont try to guess from symptoms, just wait for the missed period and test. Thats the only thing that actually settles it.
They really can overlap a lot in the beginning, so dont read too much into the symptoms alone. Give it time, and if your period is late take a test. No point stressing over signs that mean both things.
