I used to do planks daily before and i really want to stay active. Now im in 2nd trimester and not sure if its safe for the pet area. Will confirm with doc but wanted ur experiences first.
With twins, my belly was too huge to even think of a plank! But seriously, unless you are a fitness pro and your doctor says okay, skip the core strain. Don't try to be a superhero right now!
Humare yahan toh seedha bolte hain ki pet pe zyaada zor mat dalo. Planks se pet pe bahut dabaav padta hai, toh mat karo beta. Simple tehlo wohi sabse achha hai.
Actually yaaar, planks can put a lot of pressure on your core. Unless your doctor has specifically cleared you for it, please don't do it. There are safer exercises out there!
Stay positive and take care of your little soul. Don't do hard physical exercises like planks that strain your stomach; simple walks and prayers are much safer for the baby.
I just had my baby a few months ago and my trainer had told me to avoid heavy planks as it can worsen diastasis recti. Better to stick to simple breathing exercises or ask your doctor first.
