Im in my second trimester and feeling like peeing all the time, bladder feels so full constantly. Is all this pressure normal or something to worry? Just wanted to know others experience.
My MIL always told me not to touch or press the lower belly area at all. The bladder is already very sensitive with the baby pushing on it, so just leave it alone. If you feel any burning sensation, tell your doctor immediately.
Why would you want to play with or press your bladder area? Your bladder is already squished by the growing baby, causing frequent urination. Don't put any extra pressure there, and see a doctor if you have pain or a UTI.
Please don't press or play with your lower abdomen area during pregnancy. It's already under a lot of pressure, so consult your doctor if you feel discomfort.
I would suggest being very gentle with your body right now, especially the lower tummy area. The bladder gets very sensitive during pregnancy, and pressing it can cause discomfort. Please ask your doctor if you are feeling any unusual pressure.
Honestly, just avoid pressing on that area. If you are feeling heavy bladder pressure or the urge to pee constantly, wearing comfortable cotton maternity panties and using a small footstool while peeing helps empty the bladder fully.
Please avoid pressing on your bladder or holding urine, as it can easily lead to a urinary tract infection. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and eat clean, high-fiber foods to keep your pelvic pressure low.
