I have pcos since years and we are now planning to start a family. Im a little scared if it will make conceiving harder or cause issues later. Any ladies here with pcos who got pregnant, pls share ur journey.
My doctor said PCOS can make ovulation unpredictable and sometimes needs medicine support to conceive. She also monitored me a bit more during pregnancy for sugar levels. So it can affect but its manageable with proper follow up.
I was just diagnosed with PCOS and got so worried reading this online. Its comforting to hear others conceived. I have started treatment and trying to stay hopeful.
Dont lose hope dear, PCOS is very common these days. So many girls I know had it and have lovely babies now. Just stay regular with your doctor and take care of your weight and diet.
I have PCOS and yes it took us a bit longer to conceive, but it happened. It can affect ovulation so cycles get irregular, but with the right guidance many of us conceive fine. I wont promise anything, just please work closely with a good gynac, it really helps.
