Im craving anaar a lot these days and have been having it daily almost. Just want to be sure its fine and not too much. 2nd trimester here, anyone else had it regularly?
Yes pomegranate is great, good for iron and keeps you hydrated. I had it almost daily, especially when my haemoglobin was on the lower side. Fresh is best, skip the packaged juices with added sugar.
My mother gave me anaar juice every morning saying it's good for the baby and my blood count. It really is a healthy fruit. Just have it fresh and you're all good.
Anaar is wonderful in pregnancy beta, we always gave it for good blood and iron. A bowl or a glass of fresh juice daily is lovely. It's one of the safest and healthiest fruits you can have.
