Some days im hungry every 2 hours and other days i dont feel like eating at all. Im in my second trimester. Is this hunger up and down thing normal in pregnancy?
I'm in my second trimester and suddenly so hungry all the time, it surprised me. Did others feel this jump too? After the no appetite early weeks this is a big change for me.
Affect hunger? Yaar I went from hating food to wanting to eat the whole kitchen haha. Totally normal, the hormones run the show. Just keep healthy snacks handy so you dont raid the chips.
Oh totally, my hunger was all over the place. Early on the nausea killed my appetite completely, then later I was hungry every two hours. Small frequent meals saved me through both phases.
