Actually yes, u can test at 4 weeks if your cycle is regular. I found out around then and immediately asked my gynac if I can continue my daily morning yoga and walks, she said yes but very gently. Only do physical stuff after asking doc though!
We are also trying to conceive since two months, so I read a lot about this. I think it is possible if u track ovulation properly. Thoda wait karke test karna better hota hai to avoid disappointment, standard kit works fine.
