Can pregnancy be detected without implantation bleeding?

I keep reading about implantation bleeding but i never got any spotting at all this cycle. Now im confused whether i can still be pregnant or if its needed for it to show. anyone got positive without any bleeding?

Yes, most women dont even get implantation bleeding. Missed period and a test is what matters.

My doctor said implantation bleeding happens in only some women, its not a must. Pregnancy is detected by hCG hormone through a urine or blood test, not by spotting. So no bleeding does not mean no pregnancy at all.

Absolutely beta, that little spotting is not necessary. Plenty of healthy pregnancies have none. Just wait for your period date and take a proper test, that is the real way to know.

Yes of course. Many women never get implantation bleeding at all, I didnt in both pregnancies. Its not needed to detect pregnancy. A test or missed period tells you, not the spotting.

I never had any spotting and I'm pregnant right now! I was actually worried it meant something was wrong, but doc said its totally fine. Test is what confirms it.
