Can pregnancy be found via stethoscope in 6 months?
My MIL was saying in their time docs just used the steth to hear baby, no scans. Im 6 months now and just curious if heartbeat can really be heard that way. Anyone know?
Pehle ke zamane me daai ya doctor dharkan sunte the, par ab toh sab jagah ultrasound machine hoti hai. 6 mahine me toh baby bada ho jata hai aur halchal bhi pata chalti hai. Aap doctor se jaakar milo, woh sab acche se check karenge.
Oh, I don't think a stethoscope is reliable enough to confirm or check pregnancy at 6 months, it would make me so anxious! Ultrasounds are way better and more reassuring. Please get a proper scan done so you can see your baby's growth clearly.
Haan, stethoscope se doctor heartbeat sun sakte hain, par pregnancy confirm karne ke liye toh scans aur blood tests hi best hote hain na. Aajkal toh ultrasound hi use karte hain sab clear dekhne ke liye.
Usually, at 6 months, doctors might use a Doppler device or sometimes a Pinard stethoscope to hear the heartbeat, but not for finding or diagnosing pregnancy itself. If you need to check pregnancy, a simple home test or scan is what's used.
Actually, my tracker app showed that by 6 months, the fetal heartbeat is quite strong, but doctors use a handheld Doppler to let you hear it. A stethoscope can sometimes pick it up, but ultrasound is the real way to track the baby's actual growth and health.
