Can pregnancy blood test be false negative?

I had a lot of symptoms so got a blood test done but it came negative, still period nahi aaya. Im confused now, can the blood test be wrong sometimes? Anyone had this happen?

It's rare but absolutely possible if your ovulation was late. Get a Beta hCG blood test done from a proper lab, and if it's still negative but periods are delayed, just go see your gynac. No point guessing.

Actually, yes, if u test too early it can show negative and then you have to pay again for another test. Blood tests are quite expensive in good labs, around 800-1000 rupees. Better to wait for a week after missed period so your money doesnt go waste.
