Im 9 weeks and getting these dull headaches almost every afternoon, never used to happen before. Could it be a pregnancy thing or am i just stressing? anyone else felt this in early days?
Yes, hormones, less sleep and even skipping meals can trigger headaches early on. Drink water, eat on time and rest in a dark room when it hits. But a severe headache with blurry vision or swelling, get to your doctor, that BP check matters.
I used to get headaches and immediately think the worst honestly. Turned out mine were mostly dehydration and skipping breakfast. Still, I always mentioned it to my gynac for peace of mind, and that helped my anxiety.
Mild headaches happen beta, mostly water and rest sort it out. Dont reach for random painkillers, ask the doctor what is safe. And if it is ever very bad or sudden, dont wait, get it checked.
I have been getting headaches lately and wondered if it is the pregnancy. Did anyone else feel this in second trimester? Trying to drink more water like everyone says.
