Can pregnancy cayses sydden redness in one eye and pain?

Woke up today n one eye is red n paining a little, im 24 weeks. dont know if its just tiredness or something to do with pregnancy. planning to call my gynac but wanted to ask here too, did anyone get this?

Honestly this is one of those things where home advice wont help. Sudden eye redness with pain needs an actual examination. Doctor advice is best here, please book a visit rather than worrying online.

Pregnancy can cause some eye changes but sudden one sided redness and pain should be checked, na. Dont just rest it and hope, get a doctor to look. Eye symptoms with pain are always better examined than ignored.
