My baby is 5 months and im exclusively feeding, periods havent come back yet. Everyone says u cant get pregnant while feeding but im not so sure. Is it actually safe to assume that?
Oh my god, this was my biggest worry after my first baby! I felt so vulnerable and tired, the thought of another pregnancy so soon was daunting. But yes, I heard from many friends and my doctor that it's very much possible. Pls be careful and talk to your gynac, don't take chances.
Haan haan, absolutely! Mere saasuji toh hamesha bolte the ki breastfeeding is not 100% protection. Ghar pe bhi sab yahi advice dete hain ki don't rely just on that. Best to check with your gynac what contraception suits you best. Safer side rehna chahiye.
Oh god, this was my big worry after my C-section. Recovery itself is so much, and then another pregnancy so soon? My gynac told me to be super careful because the body needs time to heal from surgery. It's definitely possible, so pls talk to your doc about birth control options. Take care of yourself, it's a lot.
Uff, yes, it can happen! Imagine going through morning sickness again while already looking after a baby, that was my worst fear. So many women think breastfeeding is a natural birth control but it's really not foolproof. Pls discuss with your doc properly, they can guide you.
Actually, yes, it can totally happen. Many apps and fertility trackers even mention this clearly. While breastfeeding can suppress ovulation for some, it's not reliable for everyone, especially as the baby gets older or feeds less. Tracking your cycle can help, but a doc consult is best for contraception options.
Bilkul ho sakta hai, dear. When I was staying with my parents post-delivery, they always stressed ki don't take risks. Breastfeeding delays periods for many, but it's not a guarantee against pregnancy. Your body is still adjusting post-delivery, so be mindful.
