Can pregnancy kit test negative while implantation bleeding?

I noticed some light pinkish spotting two days back and im hoping it could be implantation. I tested this morning and it came negative but my period is not due for another 4 days. Can the kit still show negative this early? a bit confused honestly.

I drove myself mad testing during what I thought was implantation bleeding. Every negative made me anxious. Lesson learned, wait a few days and retest, dont torture yourself with daily kits.

Yes this can happen, my gynac explained implantation bleeding is very early and the hormone may still be too low to detect. So a negative right then doesnt rule it out. She told me to retest after a few days for a clearer answer.

Too early often shows negative, just retest later.

Exactly what my app warned too, test too early and you get a false negative. The hormone needs a few more days to build up. I waited and retested, and the second one was clearly positive.
