My hsg report showed one tube blocked and the other one open. been quite low since i got the news honestly. is there still a chance to conceive naturally with this? anyone went through similar pls share.
My doctor explained that if both tubes are fully blocked, natural conception is very hard and IVF is usually the route. If only one tube is open, natural pregnancy can still happen. It really depends on the type and extent of blockage, so a proper evaluation is needed.
Please see a gynac or fertility doctor for this, because with blocked tubes there is also a higher ectopic risk that needs careful monitoring. They will do the right tests like HSG. Dont rely on general info, get it checked properly.
I had tubal issues and we went the IVF way, which is exactly for situations like this. Please dont feel disheartened, there are good options now. A fertility specialist can guide you on whats best for your case.
