Can pregnancy survive with bleeding?

I started spotting this morning and it became a bit more red, im around 7 weeks. Im really worried and calling my gynac in some time. Did anyone have bleeding early and the baby was still fine?

Bleeding can have many causes and not all are bad, but it always needs a doctors check. Mine was monitored closely and turned out fine. Please dont wait at home, call your gynac when you bleed.

Light spotting often settles and the pregnancy continues normally. But heavy bleeding or bleeding with pain needs immediate medical attention. Either way, report it to your doctor so they decide.

Yes, many pregnancies continue perfectly fine even after some early bleeding, I had spotting and my baby was okay. But please do call your doctor whenever you see bleeding so they can check. Hold on to hope but get it examined, both at the same time.
