Can pregnancy symptims start one week before period?
Period is still a week away but im feeling sore breasts and thoda nausea already. Cant tell if its just PMS or something more. Did anyone notice signs this early?
In my experience, my breasts felt extremely heavy and sore almost 8-9 days before my expected period. I thought it was just regular PMS but it turned out to be my first pregnancy sign. Every body behaves differently though.
Yes, early implantation symptoms like mild cramping or breast tenderness can absolutely start a week before your missed period. But honestly, PMS symptoms are almost identical so don't jump to conclusions yet. The only real way to know is a home test after your period is actually due.
God's ways are beautiful, and sometimes our bodies start giving us early signals. Keep a calm, positive mind and take good care of yourself this week. Let things unfold naturally, stay happy.
I remember that waiting time so well, every small change in the body makes u wonder. Yes dear, early hormonal shifts can definitely start showing symptoms a week early, your feelings are totally valid. Sending you so much love and baby dust.
Oh absolutely, my body started acting weirdly exhausted and bloated a whole week before my missed date. Now in my 3rd trimester, I'm just a giant tired potato who wants to sleep all day. Hang in there, the symptoms can definitely start early!
For me, mild nausea and crazy fatigue started almost 10 days before my periods were even due. I was so confused but then my doctor confirmed it was early pregnancy changes. Just listen to your body and take rest.
