No, on the day of your last period there is no pregnancy yet from that cycle, so it wont show positive. Hcg only builds up after implantation, usually around the missed period. Test only after your period is actually late.
Honestly the lmp is just the counting start point, conception comes weeks later. So a test that day would only pick up a previous pregnancy if any. Wait for the missed period to test properly.
