Can pregnancy test be positive while having thyrobless?

Im on thyrobless for my thyroid and my home test just showed positive. Now im confused matlab can this medicine affect the result or is it a real positive? Bit anxious, anyone knows?

According to my health tracker app, Thyrobless is just a thyroid supplement/vitamin and it does not contain hCG. So yes, if your test is positive, it is a real pregnancy, not because of the tablet!
