Im around 7 weeks and sometimes when i pee i feel like im pushing a little, not on purpose just naturally. Now im overthinking that the pressure might affect the baby somehow. Is this even a real worry or am i just being paranoid yaar?
Same doubt I had honestly. The baby sits behind the bladder so you feel more pressure down there, my doc said its totally normal in pregnancy. Did anyone else feel like they need to pee every hour too?
It's harmless but the real culprit is holding pee for too long during a busy day, which I used to do. Keep sipping water and go when you need to. If theres burning, quick urine test, dont delay.
No, gentle pressure while peeing wont harm the baby, baby is well protected in there. But dont strain hard. If you're feeling burning or pressure often it could be a UTI which is common in pregnancy, get a urine test done.
Beta dont worry, light pressure is normal. Just drink enough water and pee whenever you feel the urge, dont hold it in, that's what causes problems. If it burns, do tell your doctor though.
Normal pressure is fine but I'd say watch out, burning, frequent urge or pain while peeing can mean infection. I ignored mine thinking its normal and it turned into a proper UTI. Please get it checked with your gynac to be safe.
