Can primolut n cause false positive pregnancy test?
I was on primolut n to delay my period and now my test is showing positive. Im so confused if its because of the tablet or actually real. Did this happen to anyone, im a bit worried.
My doc explained primolut is a progesterone type tablet and it does not contain hCG, so it shouldnt cause a false positive. It can delay or shift your period though, which confuses the timing. If you are unsure, a blood test will give the real answer.
