Can progesterone tablets cause pregnancy symptoms?
Doc started me on progesterone this cycle and now im feeling sore breasts and thoda nausea. Im confused na, is this the tablet or am i actually pregnant? Dont want to get my hopes up. Anyone faced same?
I completely understand how stressful this phase is, the symptom-spotting can literally drive you crazy. Progesterone is the pregnancy hormone, so it mimics everything from mood swings to tiredness. Sending you a big hug, try to distract yourself.
Looking back, I remember researching every single symptom while taking those tablets. It turns out progesterone mimics pregnancy perfectly. My toddler is running around now, so hang in there, this stressful phase will pass!
Try to keep your mind calm and positive, dear. Progesterone definitely mimics pregnancy symptoms like fatigue and nausea, which is very common. Eat well, stay hydrated, and leave the rest to God.
Absolutely, progesterone is infamous for mimicking early pregnancy. Bloating, sore boobs, and fatigue are all classic side effects of the tablets. Honestly, don't read too much into symptoms and just wait for the blood test.
Yes, they certainly can, beta. Progesterone tablets prepare your womb, so your body feels like it's already pregnant even if the test is not positive yet. Don't worry too much, just wait for your scheduled test date.
I can only speak from my own experience, but yes they absolutely do! When I was on progesterone, I had such sore breasts and constant bloating that I was convinced I was pregnant. It can be super confusing.
