My mom keeps making ragi dosa and ragi malt for me saying it's good for calcium. Im in my second trimester now. Just want to be sure its fine to have it daily na, anyone here had ragi regularly?
Ragi is actually good for sugar control too, my dietician recommended it over white rice. I had ragi roti and porridge. Just watch the portion and skip adding too much jaggery na.
Ragi is wonderful, my amma made ragi malt and ragi dosa for me regularly. It is rich in calcium and iron they say. My doctor was happy with it in normal amounts.
