I love munching kishmish in the evening but my mom said too much during pregnancy is not good, something about heat. Im in second trimester now. Is it actually fine to have daily or should i limit? anyone?
Raisins are healthy but they are quite sweet, so I had to limit them because of my sugar issue. If u dont have GD then small amounts are fine. Just keep the quantity in check yaar, dont overdo dry fruits.
Yes beta, soaked raisins are very good, my mother always gave them to me in the morning. They help with iron and energy and a little with constipation. Just a small handful, dont eat too many in one go.
