I used to jog every morning before pregnancy and i really miss it. Now im 14 weeks and not sure if a slow run is okay or if im risking something. Would love to know what others did.
I was a runner before and my gynac let me continue light jogging in early pregnancy but reduced it later. It really depends on your body and history. Definitely get your doctor's green light first, dont just push through.
If your pregnancy is normal and u were already running, gentle running is usually fine early on. But dont start intense running fresh now. I switched to brisk walking, much safer and still kept me active.
Dont stress too much yaar, movement is good. Just keep it gentle and listen to your body, stop if u feel any cramping. And ya, one quick word with your doc and ur sorted.
I stayed cautious and chose walking and prenatal yoga instead, just felt safer for me. Everyone's situation is different though. Please check with your gynac about what intensity is ok for u.
