For most normal pregnancies it is fine, but i had low lying placenta so my doc asked me to avoid it. Please check with ur gynac first, specially if u have bleeding or any complication. Safety first na.
In a healthy pregnancy its perfectly safe till the doc says otherwise. Both times i was told its fine. Just stop and call doctor if u get bleeding or strong cramps.
