Im in my second trimester and honestly both me and my husband are a little scared to do anything. Everyone in the family keeps saying avoid it but no one explains why. Just want to know what others actually experienced, is it really risky?
In my case doc told me to abstain because of a low placenta, so please ask ur own gynac. It really depends on your specific situation. Dont go by general advice when its something like this.
Dont stress too much about it yaar, in a normal pregnancy its fine. Just listen to your body and talk to ur partner openly. If doc hasnt restricted anything, relax.
Generally safe in an uncomplicated pregnancy, but if you notice spotting or cramps after, mention it to your doctor. Comfort and positions change as the bump grows too. Always best to take a quick clearance from your gynac.
In a normal healthy pregnancy its completely safe, the baby is well protected. I continued in both mine till the doctor told me otherwise near the end. Only if you have bleeding, placenta issues or doc has advised rest, then avoid.
