Bit awkward to ask but im second trimester and things feel different now, thoda discomfort. just wondering if this is normal for others too or should i mention it to my gynac.
I totally understand, this is something many feel shy to ask. It felt uncomfortable for me at times too, especially later in pregnancy. It's completely normal to feel that way, and you can talk to your doctor openly, they've heard it all.
Some discomfort can happen because of increased blood flow and sensitivity in that area. For a normal healthy pregnancy it's generally safe, but the best thing is to ask your own gynac since every case differs. Don't feel awkward, it's a common question.
Yes it can feel different or a bit uncomfortable due to all the changes down there and extra sensitivity. Going slow and changing positions helped. If it hurts a lot or you bleed after, stop and check with your gynac.
It can be, and usually it's harmless. But if you've had any bleeding, placenta issues or been told to avoid it, please don't until your doctor clears you. In my case the doctor advised caution, so it really depends on your pregnancy.
